ShinobiCharts: Last xaxis label gets cut off on first load

#1

In my project, I am using a bar chart. On the first load of the chart, the last label gets cut off as shown below:

Before

When I rotate the device, the label appears and is functioning as expected:

After

I call the following code upon setting up the chart for the first time:

chart.clipsToBounds = NO;
    chart.xAxis.tickLabelClippingModeHigh = SChartTickLabelClippingModeTicksAndLabelsPersist;

No matter what I try, I cannot get the chart label to appear on the first load. The above code is being called immediatly before the chart subview is being added to the main view. Is this a known bug?

Still having this issue; any takers?

Edit: it appears that the problem is that the label is being cut off because it expands past the bounds of the view. But this is strange because the label will show at other points but not at the first load. If I decrease the font size, or increase the view size, the label shows fine (but this is not what I would like to do).

Hi ascendancy05,

I’m unable to replicate the issue you described.

Is there any chance you could replicate this issue in one of our sample apps or cut down your project and send it in to us at info@shinobicontrols.com ?

This would really help us identify the source of the issue.

Kind Regards,
Andrew Polkinghorn
