Support stopped responding after purchase


Support was very helpful till my purchase. Was getting answers in 48 hours maximum. Was very satisfied. Thought would be better support after purchase of the controls. Now i dont get any response to my emails at all. One of them i sent on 26th September.

Couldnt register to forum using the email which is registered to your database bcs getting a strange error saying me to contact you (dont know how to contact if info mail doesnt answer). Will be glad if someone help



Sorry for the delay - we have been running a little bit behind with the iPhone 5S issues - but not to the extent you mention and I’m looking into how this has happenned. We have made some fixes as part of the stability work we’re doing at the moment (whihc should be out soon) and I’ve sent some more informaiton regarding the others.

I’ve updated the ticket.
